How to do a Repair service?

Please follow the steps below to check:

  1. Go to Cellular > Choose the one which has the issue > eSIM page > Sim application > Subscriptions > Repair service
  2. Turn on Flight mode for about 30 seconds > Turn off Flight mode again 
  3. It should automatically set up the correct connection after a Repair service. 



Known problem: 

Android system cannot have SIM applications to change the Provider or do a Repair Service.
