1.1 If user still hasn’t arrived at the destination country/region yet
Sometimes, an eSIM can get stuck activating on an iOS device. This usually happens when you have installed an eSIM but haven’t yet arrived at your destination country/region. The activation process will finish when you reach your destination and are within the network coverage area.
1.2 If user has arrived at the destination country/region
Network connectivity issues: A stable internet connection is required to download and activate an eSIM profile. Connectivity issues can prevent activation.
Note:
In case of 1.2, please use a stable Wi-Fi or hotspot connection to reinstall the eSIM. We will provide you a coupon to redeem the same eSIM.
